1) Update your hosts file (in C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc) by adding these 2 lines:
216.107.250.194 nprotect.lineage2.com
72.233.64.242 l2authd.lineage2.com

2) Start the game and enter in a new account name and password.

3) Enjoy.
